We can service and repair any equipment — 8mm, Hi-8, Digital 8, Mini-DV format, full-size VHS and VHS-C camcorders. We also do ¾ inch format commercial machines, NTSC (North American) format only.
Sony, RCA, GE, Panasonic, Sharp, Quasar, Canon (yes, L1's & L2's), Hitachi, Magnavox, JVC and others.
$35 estimates – this will be credited towards service/repair of your equipment, non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping.
We prefer to use the USPS Priority Mail for shipping with delivery confirmation, signature required. In most cases we will not need your power supplies, batteries, or accessories. Pack securely so that unit does not move around and has adequate padding.
- Enclose a statement of the problem or requested service inside the shipping container.
- It should also have your name, mailing address street, city ,state ,zip telephone number, and email address, and a list of what you are sending to us.
